Body Sensing SRT is a body centred stress release therapy that releases deep chronic tension that occurs during traumatic or stressful events. In this defensive state the body has the innate ability to restore balance through “tremoring” or “shaking”. Body Sensing STR taps into the body’s natural ability using a series of breathing and movement exercises to trigger the body’s shaking/tremoring response to restore balance or homeostasis of the mind and body.
